Digital Sickle Cell Care Plan

A personalised, portable care plan for people with sickle cell disease — so that during an acute painful crisis, the right care can be given quickly, without having to re-narrate a complex history while in severe pain.

It runs on synthetic (made-up) data to demonstrate the service. It is not a medical device and must not be used with real patient information.
